You can access your "payouts" page anytime by clicking on fourth button from the left on the bottom menu and then clicking on "track payouts."
On this page, you can view all payments sent out to you and their expected arrival date.
If it is past the expected arrival date listed for the issued payment, please consider sending a message so we can track it within our banks.
For the fastest possible service you should include your country/payout method, the amount expected in USD & the date submitted/ date expected.
