In US-based porn production, you need a model release form, a 2257 form, and the ID of the performer. Non-US-based production does not require the 2257 form, but it's smart to have one anyhow.

You are the producer and you are required to maintain these documents under US law. You can learn about this law by researching 18 U.S. Code § 2257.
