You can enter the promo code in the search bar by clicking the link at the bottom of the box which says "Have a Promo Code?" , or click on the blue URL posted by the performer.
If you go to a performer's profile and do not see the promo pricing, they may have enabled the promo for only new subscribers, or the promo may have expired or been removed and the system is catching up.
