If you received a custom video order and were able to complete the request: 


Click on "Sales" in the left navigation menu. 


Select "Custom" from the top navigation bar.


Select "Start Chat" on your customer's name.


Select the button that says “Add Photo/Video” and upload your video to your message and then click “Send.”


Return to the Sales > Custom page. 


Click on "Mark Sent". The funds will be automatically credited to your PENDING FUNDS.
