For custom videos orders, you can refund any custom you do not want to create simply by finding the custom video order in your “sales” page and clicking “refund.”
Any other refunds you wish to make, please reach out to our model customer support. Provide the full username of the customer, the date & the precise amount of the sale you wish to refund. Details about why you need to issue a refund are also important, just so we can track that for our own records and make a note on the account about what happened.
