To deactivate your account, please follow these steps:

1. Check under Purchases and verify all subscriptions are set to not renew (they should say canceled)

2. Click Account at the bottom of the left hand column

3. Click Account Info

4. Scroll to the bottom and click Deactivate Account

Deactivating your account also removes any card information on file and prevents your email address from being used for any future accounts.
