This error means the bank is reporting the card as having incorrect information entered on the site. 

Please ensure you are entering the correct card number, last name as it appears on the card, and expiration date, as these are the most commonly mistyped areas when adding your card under Account. If it still doesn’t work, please try using a different card.


**Please note that you can only try adding your card 3 times before you are locked out. We are unable to override this.
