To resolve this issue, please reach out to your bank’s fraud department and request that they approve charges from JFF Publications, LLC. Once you have done this, ensure you add your card under Account before trying to make a purchase.


Unfortunately, three declines on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add your card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times.
