This error means that the card you’re trying to use is being reported as a Restricted Card by the bank. This means you can only use that card for certain types of transactions, and our website does not fall under that category. This is a policy with your bank which is out of our control.
Please try using a completely different card, or you are welcome to use cryptocurrency under Account and Pay With Cryptocurrency.
Unfortunately, three declines when adding your card on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add a card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times. We are unable to override or unlock your account when this happens.
