JustFor.Fans wants to ensure we keep a record for you to view all your transactions on the site. When you see the line item for JustForFansSite on your Subscriptions & Purchases page, it means one of two things:
1. You added cryptocurrency to your account wallet. Since crypto is subject to fluctuations in the market, this amount may be slightly different from the amount you originally sent. When it posts to your wallet, the transaction is listed as JustForFansSite on your subscriptions history, and the available amount in your crypto wallet can be found under Credit Card/Crypto Info through the left side menu.
2. You ordered a custom video from a model and it has not been delivered, yet. When this custom content is marked as "Delivered" by the model, this line will update with the model's name. In the meantime, JFF holds the funds in a separate "pot" in case the model decides to not accept the project, in which case they can decline and the funds will be automatically refunded without affecting their account.
